This process is taken care of in three easy steps, as we know nobody likes things to drag on longer than they have to.
Step one (Purchasing)
During a consultation with you (The Client) we will discuss and create a written document of specification, requirements and budget regarding your computer solution (A Technical Diagnosis may be necessary on some cases). We then email you a copy of this and start the "shopping" before any purchasing takes place, we spend as long as necessary bargain hunting and ensuring we have the best product in relation to:-
- Reliability
- Price
- Manufacturer reputation
- Technological movement
- Individual requirments & Specifications
Step Two (Installation)
After we have purchased the Hardware/Software on behalf of the client, we would present the purchases for review and confirmation, in order to continue to the installation. Upon confirmation we would begin the installation process.
At this point we would need to discuss briefly with the client the extent of the installation and if they wanted a full or custom installation, also preferences of applications/devices (i.e run on startup, plug & play etc.)
Step Three (Testing)
Once the client is completely satisfied with the hardware/software installation and setup we continue to the testing stage, where we run a combination of in depth tests on the installed device/application to ensure it is fully functional/operational and the client is entirely happy with it.
Step Four (Tutorial - Optional)
If necessary, we offer the client tutorials on how to use the new device/application. We understand that different people have different learning styles, so we offer a range of methods to our clients:-
- The walkthrough (Tactile/Kinesthetic/visual)
This service is compulsary with the purchase of BCS software although it is more beneficial for the kinesthetic learners, it involves us coming to the clients workplace and initially going through each of the operations on the software then setting them individual tasks to complete whilst we are there to assist them as necessary, once the client is happy and confident in using the hardware/software our work is done - Manuals (Visual)
Upon request, and subject to a one off charge BCS will create a written manual for the client with a comprehensive explanation of how to use the software with diagrams and pictorial explanations. - Support (Auditory/kinesthetic)
With no extra charge we provide clients with technical support via telephone or email, we briefly instruct the user on how to use the software to meet their needs and basic or advanced features they are not sure how to use we are glad to provide them support with.
