Step 2: Written Proposal & Quotation

As you will probably already appreciate, simply talking about your next business move is definitely the best place to start - but putting things in writing really allows your idea to set sail. We understand this at BCS, and consequently we provide a comprehensive written proposal document that is authored especially for you. Individual requirements are taken into consideration and the proposal will be written in the direct context of your proposed solution. You will find that our proposal goes to great lengths to detail all aspects of how your web site will function and ultimately how it will be of advantage to your business. We don't just stop at listing off features and functions - we go that step further to actually describe how these features we are proposing will end up having a positive effect on your business. Naturally, all other aspects of the entire solution are covered, such as a web hosting plan selection, analysis of any existing material or components that must be considered, domain name registration suggestions, etc. At this stage, we will also be ready to provide you with a written quotation that details the cost of proceeding with the proposed services. Step 3: Design Concept Production

Here's where things really start getting interesting. Your feedback, ideas and objectives are given to our highly qualified graphic design team, and creativity begins. Using a templating system such as this eradicates old ways of creating static web sites (physically repeating the same code over and over again for each individual page) by seperating out elements of the page layout into single template inclusion files, meaning that only one master copy of the template elements need exist, allowing page design changes to be made very quickly and efficiently. Depending on the type and complexity of the web site you have in mind, we may need to write custom PHP programming modules that allow automatic database driven page generation, and, if you have chosen our time saving content management option (BCS SiteAdmin), then this is installed and configured ready for your use. At this point, the web site will be ready to be delivered to a live web hosting server - of course, this will only be carried out when you are completely satisfied with the web site on our secure private test servers.
